BTR.com is an online destination where shoppers discover hand-picked products in assortments curated by experts. Through partnerships with suppliers, BTR is able to provide discounted pricing and single-source shipping convenience. Each assortment is available for a short period of time, as quantities are limited. Shoppers can subscribe to a daily notification of new products and assortments as well as special events and coupons.
Shipping fees are calculated at the time of order placement and depend on the shipping address and product specifications. In most cases a flat-rate shipping applies as well as free-shipping thresholds. Extra shipping fees may be applied for products deemed oversized or overweight. If applicable, a notice should be visible on the product detail page.
For items not marked as final sale or clearance, they may be returned in its original condition for credit within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact the service team at 1-844-400-4287 or email service@btr.com to request a Return Authorization Form (RMA) and details on fulfilling your request.
In rare cases, for reasons beyond control, BTR may not be able to provide you with the product you ordered. The service team will credit your BTR account or issue refunds if applicable if this happens. Credits are immediately applied on a subsequent order once the shopper has logged in.

Beyond The Rack Return Policy?
The return policy for BTR.com is as follows:
Items to be returned must be sent within 30 days from the date of receipt. All returns must be made via mail at the customer's expense. Prior to each return, customers must contact BTR via email at btrsalessupport@btr.com to obtain an authorization code.
Eligible items, which have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn and have all labels and tags attached, will be accepted within the 30-day limit. These are refundable in BTR credit. The packing slip must be included with the return, and the reason for the return should be indicated using the Reason Codes located on the back of the packing slip.
Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Certain items are designated as non-returnable, and this will be noted on each item detail page.
BTR does not accept exchanges or returns on the following items: Make-up, Bodysuits, Jewelry, Swimwear, Undergarments, Lingerie, Adult toys, Hair tools & Hair Accessories, Leggings, Pet Category Items, Sale category items, and fabric face masks.
If an item is not satisfactory, it can be returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. A credit will be applied to the BTR account for the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges, once the item has been received and accepted by the Order Processing Center. This satisfaction guarantee policy does not apply to certain goods, including those that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, goods that have been made to specifications or personalized, goods that have been assembled or installed, goods that cannot be returned by their nature, or goods sold as "clearance" or "final sale".
If any items arrive damaged or the number of items doesn't match the bill of lading, BTR must be notified within 3 days of delivery. Damaged items should be returned to the Order Processing Center. Once evaluated by the Returns department, arrangements will be made to either ship an undamaged item at no extra cost or issue a full refund as per the original method of payment. For damaged goods, BTR will cover the cost of shipping the item back.
